1. How do you deal with every inquiry in the daily work?
Mr. Eric Lee: I think every inquiry Is hard-won. So, when I received it, I will reply to it and follow up in time. On the contrary, if your reply is very late and unprofessional, you will become distrust. Finally, people are unwilling to cooperation with you.
2. Could you share with us your experience in business development?
Mr. Eric Lee: Do be afraid of rejection, try to talk with customers, and to know their real need. After this, I will do some detailed works, to help and solve problems for them. Only in this way, they will trust you and like your service. Finally, a win-win cooperation will be built up.
3. Currently, what is the biggest challenge for you? How do you plan to solve it?
Mr. Eric Lee: Actually, the biggest challenge is still performance. I hope our business can continually glow. To achieve my goal, I must accumulate the product knowledge, do customer development job daily, and keep follow up. I believe only in this way our ability can be well developed.
4. Is there anything else you want to say to us at the end?
Mr. Eric Lee: JHCOOL is my first company when I graduated last year. I appreciated this platform and resources, which my ability can be developed. So let us keep up the good work!
