He has been deeply involved in the HVAC industry for 40 years. Dephne learned a lot of product knowledge, industry knowledge, and information about the Australian HVAC market in the process of communicating with him,and In the later stage, the customer mailed a handwritten letter to Dephne in which stated full specifications of what his client requested. What moved Dephne most was that the 76-year-old still maintained an attitude of learning new things and a very high enthusiasm for work.
